The Spa Specialist manages guest experiences by handling reservations, check-ins, and payments while promoting spa services and retail. They are responsible for maintaining professional standards and ensuring a seamless, luxury experience for all guests.

A high school diploma or G.E.D. is preferred, though no prior related work or supervisory experience is required. Candidates must be able to perform physical tasks, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 pounds with assistance.
