Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for inbound sales inquiries across multiple venues to convert leads into bookings. Manage the full customer journey from initial inquiry and quoting to closing and resolving guest concerns.
Requirements
Requires prior experience in call centers, reservations, or telesales with a strong sales-driven mindset. Must be available to work weekends and public holidays and possess excellent communication skills.
