Responsibilities

Oversees all hospital building, plant, and infrastructure maintenance to ensure a safe and compliant environment for clinical operations. Manages the engineering team and outsourced providers while coordinating preventive maintenance for MEP, HVAC, and life safety systems.

Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with at least 10 years of facilities experience, including 5 years in healthcare. Proficiency in UAE healthcare regulations, JCI standards, and CMMS is essential.
