Customer Success Manager - Enterprise

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end relationship for strategic enterprise accounts, driving deep product adoption and embedding the platform into the customer's financial infrastructure. Responsible for managing the full lifecycle from activation to renewal, ensuring value realization and driving account growth.

Requirements

Requires 6+ years of experience in enterprise customer success or strategic account management with a proven track record of managing complex, high-value relationships. Candidates must possess financial fluency and the ability to lead executive conversations with the C-suite, preferably within the Fintech or SaaS sectors.
