Responsibilities

Coordinate vessel sailing and operations by liaising with Masters, Owners, and Agents while maintaining corporate systems and databases. Manage bunkering plans, STS vetting clearances, and collaborate with internal finance and trading teams for invoicing and accruals.

Requirements

The candidate should have experience at a Manager or Supervisor level within maritime operations. Proficiency in operational reporting and coordination with maritime agencies and trading teams is required.
