Senior Development Manager

The Senior Development Manager is responsible for driving growth through profitable restaurant expansion, remodels, and relocations. They partner with franchisees to build and monitor the pipeline for new store openings to achieve company expansion goals.

Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Business, or Economics and over 8 years of retail business development experience. Strong expertise in Middle East retail real estate and the ability to manage complex transactions independently are required.
