Team Leader, Treasury Operations

Lead and oversee end-to-end Treasury and Investment Operations, ensuring accurate settlement and accounting for various financial products. Drive process digitization, strengthen operational controls, and manage regulatory compliance and audit readiness.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field and 8-10 years of experience in Treasury or Banking Operations, including 2-3 years in a supervisory role. Proficiency in Treasury Management Systems, SWIFT, and knowledge of UAE/GCC banking regulations is preferred.
