Responsibilities

The BIM Coordinator will manage landscape BIM models and coordinate clash detection processes across disciplines to ensure project deliverables meet client standards. They will also implement BIM standards, manage Common Data Environments, and provide technical training to design teams.

Requirements

Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or Urban Planning with over 10 years of experience in BIM coordination. Proficiency in Revit, Civil 3D, and Navisworks, along with knowledge of ISO 19650 standards, is required.
