Lead the overall ambience strategy by integrating lighting, music, scent, and visuals to create a seamless luxury guest experience. Develop a property-wide Ambience Playbook and collaborate with technical and operational teams to ensure consistent execution across all venues.

Requires 8-10+ years of experience in luxury hospitality or experiential environments with a strong background in sensory design. A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Design, Marketing, or a related field is required.
