Responsibilities

Provide audit support for financial reporting valuations with a primary focus on Purchase Price Allocations (PPA). Review and challenge valuation assumptions, develop financial models, and collaborate with audit teams to resolve valuation issues.

Requirements

Requires 1 to 3 years of experience in valuation and PPA with strong knowledge of IFRS and ASC standards. Advanced Excel skills and a professional qualification such as an MBA, CFA, or CA are preferred.
