Responsibilities

Provide expert legal advice and support to the Global Trade Services business across the MENAT region to mitigate legal and reputational risks. Responsible for drafting and negotiating transaction documentation for core and structured trade transactions within Corporate & Institutional Banking.

Requirements

Requires a qualified lawyer with 2-5 years PQE and a bachelor's degree, specializing in lending and trade finance products. Knowledge of UAE corporate structures, banking law, and LMA documentation is essential.
