Responsibilities
The FM Administrator manages the operational flow between client inquiries and technical execution, ensuring work orders are processed accurately within SLA thresholds. They coordinate daily activities between site engineers and technicians while maintaining CRM data integrity and detailed maintenance logs.
Requirements
Candidates must have 3-5 years of specialized FM administration experience in the UAE and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field. Proficiency in ZOHO CRM or equivalent CAFM systems and deep knowledge of UAE FM standards (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing) are mandatory.
