Responsibilities
Manage office IT infrastructure and provide 1st and 2nd line support for macOS devices in the Dubai office. Administer identity and access management via Okta and support cloud infrastructure in collaboration with the DevOps team.
Requirements
Requires 2 to 3 years of experience as a System Administrator with deep expertise in macOS provisioning and Okta administration. Must have a solid understanding of Linux, core networking concepts, and English communication skills.
