Nationalization & Transformation Project Manager

Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex transformation and nationalization initiatives across the MENAT region to improve customer outcomes and regulatory compliance. Manage governance, stakeholder alignment, and strategic roadmaps to ensure nationalization targets and Central Bank mandates are met.

Requires significant experience in large-scale transformation within a regulated financial environment and a proven track record of managing senior stakeholders. A degree is required, with professional certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) or change management (Prosci) preferred.
