Responsibilities
Lead and coach a team of controllers to provide bespoke recovery and concierge-style re-accommodation for premium guests during irregular operations. Manage executive escalations and collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure high-value customer retention and operational efficiency.
Requirements
Requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in high-touch customer service or aviation recovery, including supervisory experience. A bachelor's degree in Business, Aviation, or Hospitality and expertise in international passenger rights and GCAA/IATA frameworks are required.
