Responsibilities
Supervise daily component rebuild operations for engines, transmissions, and hydraulic systems within the heavy machinery workshop. Ensure all rebuilt components meet OEM quality standards while managing resources, productivity, and safety compliance.
Requirements
Requires a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 7 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance. Must possess strong supervisory skills and deep technical knowledge of diesel engines and hydraulic systems.
