Collections Specialist

Manage past-due accounts by making over 100 outbound calls daily to recover payments and resolve billing discrepancies. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and payment commitments within the CRM.

Proven experience in high-volume outbound calling or collections is required, along with proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce. Candidates must possess strong negotiation skills and excellent verbal and written English communication.
