Responsibilities

Oversee the full lifecycle of complex customer, supplier, and third-party agreements to protect commercial interests and mitigate risk. Lead contract negotiations and provide expert guidance to commercial, legal, and project teams.

Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or Contract Management with at least 10 years of experience, including 3 years in a leadership role. Expertise in international commercial law and experience in Defence, Aerospace, or Oil & Gas is preferred.
