Prepare and cook Asian specialty meals according to recipes and quality standards while maintaining food logs and temperature controls. Assist in coaching employees and coordinating with service staff to ensure guest needs are met.

Requires at least 3 years of related work experience and a degree from a technical, trade, or vocational school. Must be able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds and standing for extended periods.
