Responsibilities
Define and lead the competence development agenda to secure leadership and capabilities that drive business growth and revenue. Partner with business leaders to identify talent, implement succession plans, and manage learning programs across back office and retail stores.
Requirements
Requires a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Management, with a CIPD qualification being desirable. Candidates must have at least 5 years of training experience, including 12 months in a training management role and 12 months as a Store L&D.
