Responsibilities
Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for plumbing, drainage, and irrigation systems using Autodesk Revit. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve spatial conflicts and produce coordinated shop drawings and material schedules.
Requirements
The candidate must be proficient in Revit and Navisworks for BIM modeling and clash detection. Experience in adhering to BIM Execution Plans and generating technical documentation for plumbing systems is required.
