Responsibilities
Define and execute the legal, regulatory, and conduct strategy for the Bank's Treasury and Global Markets businesses. Lead the negotiation and maintenance of complex derivatives frameworks and ensure compliance with international financial regulations.
Requirements
Requires a law degree and professional bar admission with 12-15 years of legal experience in major financial institutions or top-tier law firms. Must possess deep mastery of ISDA, GMRA, and GMSLA documentation and the ability to lead diverse teams.
