Responsibilities

The HRBP Lead partners with business leaders to manage employee sentiment, performance, and complex employee relations issues. They are also responsible for workforce planning, implementing people policies, and ensuring compliance with legal manpower regulations.

Requirements

Candidates must have over 5 years of experience in an HRBP or Employee Relations role with strong analytical and communication skills. Fluency in both Chinese and English is a mandatory requirement.
