Lead Manufacturing Engineer

Provide technical leadership for the development and sustainment of manufacturing processes, tooling, and ground support equipment for spacecraft assembly. Mentor junior engineers and collaborate across functions to ensure manufacturing readiness and continuous improvement through DfX initiatives.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Manufacturing Engineering with experience leading technical teams in aerospace manufacturing. Proficiency in CAD platforms and knowledge of industry standards (NASA, ECSS, ISO) and Lean Six Sigma methodologies are essential.
