MLRO & Compliance Officer, UAE (ADGM) - RIE & RCH

Lead the compliance and financial crime functions for ADGM-licensed Recognised Investment Exchange and Recognised Clearing House entities. This includes designing compliance frameworks, managing AML/CFT programs, and acting as the primary liaison with the FSRA.

Requires over 10 years of senior compliance experience within ADGM, DIFC, or similar regulated environments, specifically with market infrastructure or exchanges. Candidates must have deep knowledge of FSRA rules and the ability to obtain regulatory approval as an Approved Person.
