Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive generalist HR support and partner with business leaders to manage employee relations and performance processes. Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, compensation, and global mobility activities for the Middle East and South Africa regions.

Requirements

Requires a bachelor's degree and strong generalist HR experience at an advisor level within a corporate environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience managing employee relations cases are essential, with CIPD Level 5 and Workday experience preferred.
