Senior HR Partner, AWS Builder Experience Team

The Senior HR Partner provides strategic people support and coaching to AWS leaders and employees to enhance the builder experience. Key duties include managing talent processes, conducting complex workplace investigations, and implementing HR strategies across diverse populations.

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, at least 7 years of HR management experience, and fluency in Arabic. Preferred qualifications include PHR/SHRM certification and experience with Work Councils or matrixed organizations.
