Senior Manager, Compliance Policies

Lead the development, implementation, and governance of Group Compliance frameworks and policies aligned with UAE regulations and G42 guidelines. Translate complex regulatory obligations into practical operating procedures and manage the end-to-end policy lifecycle and stakeholder approvals.

Requires over 8 years of experience in regulatory compliance within banking, fintech, or consulting, with deep knowledge of the UAE regulatory landscape. Exceptional technical writing skills and professional certifications in Compliance, Risk, or Governance are preferred.
