Responsibilities
Lead the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of complex commercial refrigeration systems, including parallel rack and multi-compressor installations. Mentor junior technicians and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards while supporting emergency breakdown responses.
Requirements
Requires 8-12 years of experience in commercial refrigeration with at least 3 years in a senior role and a valid UAE driver's license. Must be proficient in refrigeration control systems and capable of working in cold, confined environments on an on-call basis.
