Sous Chef - Greek / Mediterranean Cuisine

Lead the preparation and service of authentic Greek and Mediterranean dishes while supervising kitchen staff to maintain high quality standards. Manage daily operations including seasonal menu development, food safety compliance, and inventory control.

Requires over 5 years of experience in high-volume Greek or Mediterranean kitchens with proven management skills. Candidates must be currently in the UAE for interviews and willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia.
