Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations, administration, and the team within the Planning and Analysis department for Cash Services. Key duties include managing CIT devices, resolving internal customer complaints, and maintaining internal controls.
Requirements
Requires a Bachelor's degree and 4 to 5 years of experience in a similar supervisory role with decision-making responsibilities. Basic knowledge of ATM and CDM operations is required, with a banking background being an advantage.
