Responsibilities
Lead and support daily operations for SOIL outlets across the UAE, supervising both front-of-house and back-of-house activities. Manage inventory, food delivery platforms, and ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
Requirements
Candidates must have hands-on experience in both FOH and BOH operations within a hospitality setting. Flexibility to work across multiple locations in Dubai and Abu Dhabi is required.
