Responsibilities

Establish and lead the People function's Project Management and Enterprise Delivery Office to govern and execute strategic People initiatives. Oversee the transformation portfolio, driving enterprise-wide change management and cross-functional coordination across People Centres of Excellence.

Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field, with 10+ years of experience leading large-scale transformation programmes or PMOs. Preferred qualifications include certifications in Project, Programme, or Change Management.
