Responsibilities
Manage and oversee warranty operations to ensure claims are processed accurately and in compliance with OEM guidelines. Monitor performance through KPIs and reports while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to maximize revenue recovery.
Requirements
Requires a degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering with at least 5 years of automotive distributor experience and 3 years specifically in warranty administration. Mandatory proficiency in SAP IS-Auto or SAP S/4HANA and strong knowledge of OEM claim procedures is required.
